A customer in the pool industry contracted Wilke Enginuity Inc. to perform the custom fabrication & machining of climbing wall frames for use in a swimming pool application. 1 1/2″ stainless steel tubing was selected for the project, and expert precision cutting, bending, forming, and welding techniques were carried out to meet the required configurations. The framing was completed with the application of a durable and attractive white powder coating finish outsourced to one of our business partners.

300 units were produced for the customer after a turnaround time of 3 to 4 weeks. Our years of contract manufacturing experience enable us to offer cost effective turnkey solutions for projects of any size.
