At Wilke Enginuity Inc. we were recently commissioned by a customer in the energy industry for the construction of Aluminum Entryways for Animal Deterrent Systems at Electrical Substations. Starting with 5052 aluminum, fabrication was carried out with advanced equipment including certified welding, bending, precision machining, and laser cutting techniques were employed to reach the customer specified configurations, all of which met the required tight tolerances. The part was completed with a polished finish with decals applied. Comprehensive in-process testing was implemented to ensure product integrity and quality.

Dimensions of the finished doorways were 7′ in height and 4′ in width, with 220 units produced annually. The customer took advantage of our Kanban option for blanket ordering.
